Dr. Stephanie Barlow

Dr. Stephanie grew up in Spartanburg, SC, with her parents, sister, and brother. The decision to become a dentist was an easy one. From a young age, she enjoyed going to the dentist and orthodontist and always looked forward to visits from the Tooth Fairy. She attended the University of South Carolina Honors Program and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2007. After, Dr. Stephanie moved to New Orleans to attend the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry and graduated in 2011. She loved the South Louisiana culture, food, and music. She stayed in New Orleans for several years, working in a dental office that saw mostly children. It was here she learned her true passion in dentistry was treating pediatric patients.

She attended a Pediatric Dental Residency Program at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and Medical Center in Ohio to become the best pediatric dentist she could be. It was a cold few years in Cincinnati, but she received amazing training. Dr. Stephanie and her family have recently moved back to the Northshore and are so happy to be “home.” She lives in Covington with her husband, Humphrey, children June, Mack, and Rhodes, and their fur babies, Lilly and Pepper. They spend their free time going to festivals, eating crawfish and snowballs, and enjoying all the Northshore offers.

Dr. Stephanie is excited to open the doors to her office in August 2019! We will start scheduling patients in July. She is excited to bring her years of experience to the Northshore and become an integral part of the community.

Dr. Debbie Yim

Dr. Debbie Yim was born in Chicago, Illinois, and grew up in the city’s northern suburbs. After high school, she wanted to venture out, move somewhere new, and attend Tulane University in New Orleans. She graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology and minors in French and Business. Dr. Debbie always had an interest in health sciences and went on to pursue dentistry at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry. During the summers in college and dental school, she went on dental mission trips to Mexico to provide dental care to underserved communities. During these trips, she worked closely with children and discovered her love for pediatric dentistry. After graduating from dental school in 2016, Dr. Debbie returned to New Orleans to complete her specialty in Pediatric Dentistry at Louisiana State University School of Dentistry and Children’s Hospital New Orleans. In 2019 she became Board Certified with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.

In her free time, she loves watching sports (mostly football), going out to eat, traveling, and working out. She loves living in a city with a vibrant culinary and festival scene. Dr. Debbie has been working as a pediatric dentist in the New Orleans area since completing her residency and is very excited to join the team at Northshore Pediatric Dentistry. She looks forward to getting to know the patients and families of the practice and the entire North Shore community!
